My goal is to offer classes that everyone feels welcome and safe to be who they are. As we join together to create a beautiful yoga community, learning to set an intention for our practice to carry it off our mat into life as we take what we learn during our practice and we apply these tools to our everyday life.
Through life we get faced with challenges, some may be very unexpected and may take a toll on our mind, bodies, and souls. We must take the time with ourselves to work through these challenges. Yoga is a wonderful way for us to move our bodies, calm our mind, and learn to let go of what does not serve us.
Over the years yoga has been a part of my life, a way for me to set aside the rest of the world and blossom into who I am as a person. Yoga has helped me calm my mind. Yoga has helped me work through emotional struggles, release stress, and helps me stay focused throughout the day.
With 300 hours of yoga teacher training I offer both group and private classes. You are able to find what makes you feel most comfortable. Private classes are a great way to make it more personal, as you choose where you want to put your energy and focus. Group classes are a wonderful way to meet others in the yoga community who are likeminded.
